Clear, fair terms for working together — what we deliver, what we expect, and where we stand.

1. Agreement to These Terms

  • ●These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the https://mehrublogs.com website and any services provided by Mehrublogs ("we", "us", "our"), a digital growth agency based in Sargodha, Pakistan.
  • ●By using our website, contacting us, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
  • ●Specific engagements (projects, retainers, campaigns) are governed by the individual proposal, agreement, or invoice agreed between you and us. Where a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement prevails.

2. Our Services

  • ●We provide digital growth services including SEO, local SEO, AI search optimization (AEO), Google Ads and Meta Ads management, web development, e-commerce solutions, and related consulting.
  • ●The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for your project are defined in your proposal or agreement. Work outside that scope may require a revised estimate.
  • ●We may engage trusted subcontractors or specialists for parts of your project. We remain responsible for the quality and confidentiality of their work.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • ●You agree to provide timely access to the assets we need — website credentials, ad accounts, brand guidelines, and content approvals — and to respond to requests within a reasonable time.
  • ●You confirm that any content, trademarks, or data you provide to us are owned by you or properly licensed, and that their use in your project will not violate any law or third-party right.
  • ●Delays in providing access, feedback, or approvals may shift project timelines accordingly.

4. Fees, Invoicing & Late Payments

  • ●Fees are stated in your proposal or invoice, typically billed monthly in advance for retainers or per agreed milestones for projects, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • ●Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may pause work, suspend ad campaigns, and accrue interest on outstanding balances.
  • ●Ad spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads budgets) is separate from our service fees and is paid by you directly to the platforms unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

5. Results & No-Guarantee Disclaimer

  • ●We follow proven, data-driven strategies and report honestly on performance. However, no ethical agency can guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, lead counts, or revenue figures — search algorithms and ad auctions are controlled by third-party platforms.
  • ●Timelines for results (for example, 3–6 months for SEO) are estimates based on typical engagements, not promises.
  • ●Case studies and testimonials on our website reflect past results of specific clients and are not a guarantee of future outcomes for your business.

6. Intellectual Property

  • ●Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you — such as your website code, ad creatives, and content we produced for your project.
  • ●We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, internal processes, and know-how, and may reuse general skills and knowledge gained during your project.
  • ●We may reference your project in our portfolio and case studies unless you ask us in writing not to.
  • ●All content on this website (text, design, graphics, logos) is the property of Mehrublogs and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Confidentiality

  • ●Both parties agree to keep non-public business information confidential — including your business data, campaign strategies, credentials, and our pricing and processes.
  • ●We will not disclose your confidential information except to team members and subcontractors who need it to deliver your services, or when required by law.

8. Third-Party Platforms

  • ●Our services rely on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, hosting providers, etc.) whose terms, pricing, and algorithms they control. We are not liable for changes, outages, or policy actions taken by these platforms.
  • ●Your use of those platforms is additionally governed by their own terms of service.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • ●To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mehrublogs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of our website or services.
  • ●Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
  • ●The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Termination

  • ●Retainers and ongoing services can be terminated by either party with written notice as per your agreement (typically 30 days). Work completed and expenses incurred up to termination remain payable.
  • ●We may terminate an engagement immediately if payment is materially overdue, if you breach these Terms, or if continued work would require us to act unlawfully.
  • ●Upon termination, we will provide a handover of deliverables paid for and, where applicable, transfer access to accounts in your name.

11. Governing Law

  • ●These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Changes to These Terms

  • ●We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at https://mehrublogs.com/terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
